Yellow fruit on the nose, slightly infused by skin contact, alongside herbs, grapefruit and earthy notes. Wonderfully concentrated on the palate, with a juicy, saline finish.
Katharina's monopole holding, Benn, is the smallest of all the vineyards in Westhofen. Its calcareous soils are planted with Riesling vines aged over 45 years.
