We will use your postal address and email address solely for our own marketing purposes (price liste, invitation to tastings and events, digital newsletter). Under no circumstances will we forward or sell your data to any third parties.
If you sign up for our newsletter, you must provide us with an email address and relevant data enabling us to verify that you are the owner of this email address and that you agree to receive the newsletter. We use a double-opt-in process to ensure that you have given your consent to receiving the newsletter. When you sign up, you are entered on a distribution list. You then receive an email via which you can legally confirm your newsletter subscription. Only when you provide this confirmation will your address be activated. We will only use your data for the purpose of sending the newsletter.
Sendinblue is the name of the software that we use to send the newsletter. Your data will therefore be forwarded to Sendinblue GmbH. Sendinblue is prohibited from selling your data or using your data for any other purpose other than for sending our newsletter. Rights of individuals affected
You have the right to receive free information about the personal data stored about you in our system, as well as the right to correct, delete or limit the processing of this data, and the right to data portability. If you have questions concerning the collection, processing or use of your personal data, if you want to inquire about, correct, block or delete data, or if you wish to revoke a consent or object to a certain kind of data use, please contact us directly via the contact details shown under ‘Website credits’.
You are also entitled to complain to the competent data protection supervisory authorities.
Assessment of your credit worthiness
To ensure payment, the necessary data, in particular your personal details, may also be transmitted to a credit agency for the automated assessment of your credit worthiness. In this context, the credit agency may assign you a so-called score value. This is an estimate of the future risk of non-payment, e.g. based on a percentage. The value is collected using mathematical-statistical methods and including data from the credit agency from other sources. We reserve the right, according to the information received, not to offer you the payment method "invoice". The legal basis for this data processing is our legitimate interest according to Art.
Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics. Google uses cookies to analyse your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity for the website operator. Google will neither associate your IP address with, nor, by extension, link your personal identity to, any other data held by Google. Boucherville AG uses an add-on for Google Analytics via which Google truncates and anonymises your IP address. This information may be passed on to third parties where such third parties process the information on Google’s behalf. You can prevent the installation of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser software.
You can opt out of data collection by Google Analytics at any time by downloading and installing a browser add-on available at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en-GB. This browser add-on communicates with the Google Analytics JavaScript to stop data being sent to Google Analytics. It is possible to reinstall or re-enable the browser add-on if this add-on has been uninstalled or deactivated.
As an alternative to the browser add-on, especially for browsers on mobile devices, you can also prevent data collection through Google Analytics by clicking on this link to set an opt-out cookie. This opt-out cookie only applies to this browser and only for our website, and will be stored on your device. If you delete the cookies on this browser, you must set the opt-out cookie again.
Google Ads
Our website uses the online web program ‘Google Ads’ and the conversion-tracking option contained in this program. If you access our website by clicking on a Google ad, Google Ads saves a conversion cookie in your browser which enables us to compile statistics about how you use our website. This conversion cookie ceases to be valid after 90 days at the latest, and is not used to identify the user. You can prevent the installation of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser software.
