Fermentation and maturation for 12 months in oak barrels, with a subsequent period spent on the fine lees in stainless steel for extra firmness.
Wonderfully Burgundian on the nose, with yellow fruit, citrus and chalky hints. Assertive but fine and vibrant, this Chardonnay shows lovely tension leading into a balanced finish.
Grown on the estate's red-sandstone terroir, where south-facing slopes benefit from the moderating influence of the Main River Valley.
