Manual harvest followed by vinification in oak as well as stainless steel, with little to no winemaking intervention. Then a long period of maturation on the gross lees. This pure, dry wine is neither fined nor filtered.
Immediately pure, direct and citrus-driven, this is a lovely fresh and light entry-level wine with zip and finesse.
All the grapes for this bottling come from steep, organically farmed vineyards, with vines up to 60 years of age.
