Manual harvest followed by vinification in oak as well as stainless steel, with little to no winemaking intervention. Then a long period of maturation on the gross lees. This pure, dry wine is neither fined nor filtered.
This is a unique white wine of notable substance, grip and character, offering ridiculously good value.
The grapes come from a selection of the best vineyards in Oberremmel, Dhron and Kinheim. The vines are at least 40 years of age, with a good proportion of them old and ungrafted.
