Gentle pressing of hand-picked grapes followed by fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel. The wine was then left to rest for a short time before being bottled in the spring.
Beautiful open nose with bags of yellow fruit, citrus and juicy stone fruit as well as a hint of cracked stone. Dry on the palate, with ripe acidity translating into an immensely succulent mouthfeel. Very vibrant and balanced. Lots of zip and incredibly approachable.
Um Monzingen befinden sich die Lagen, welche für den Gutsriesling verwendet werden. Die Reben gedeihen ausschliesslich auf dem dort üblichen Schiefer oder Rotliegenden.
