Manual harvest only, involving meticulous selection of the grapes. Maceration (skin contact) for up to 14 days to achieve the best possible extraction of aromas, flavours and colour. Subsequent fermentation in stainless steel and open-top vessels. The wine spent 8 months in 500-litre French oak casks an Foudres up to 5000 litre in order to mature and undergo malolactic fermentation.
Duft nach reifen Erdbeeren und Himbeeren, begleitet von feinen Gewürznuancen, getrockneten Blumen und mediterranen Kräutern. Am Gaumen lebendig, mit saftiger Säure sowie harmonischer Balance und Frische. Mittelkräftiger Körper mit weichen, gut eingebundenen Tanninen. Elegant und langanhaltend im Abgang.
