Manually harvested and destemmed grapes were macerated on their skins for ten days in stainless steel before being fermented with natural yeasts. This Marino Tinto then spent nine months in used 500-litre barrels.
Nose of forest fruit, Mediterranean herbs and fresh flowers. Very pure on the palate, with a lovely balance of juicy acidity and ripe, soft tannins. Fruit and spice notes on a powerful, persistent finish. Production is limited to only 2,000 bottles.
