Gentle pressing of hand-picked grapes followed by fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel. The wine was then left to rest for a short time before being bottled in the spring.
Open nose of pear, citrus and peach. Intense on the palate, with tension and appealing texture. Ripe yellow fruit on a juicy finish.
The fruit sourced for this entry-level Riesling comes from vineyards in and around Monzingen, where the vines grow exclusively on the village's signature slate and Rotliegend soils.
