Manual harvest with subsequent fermentation and maturation in stainless steel vats.
Lemon colour. Complex nose of apple, pear, citrus, hazelnut and flint. The palate is dry, with juicy acidity and a lovely full body. Delicate salty notes as well as citrus and a hint of honey on a long finish.
The vines, which are more than 68 years old, thrive on clay-rich marl and limestone from the Kimmeridgium and face south-east.
