Organic
Organically grown grapes are hand-picked at night to retain freshness. After being carefully sorted again by hand, the fruit is pressed immediately. The juice comes into contact with the crushed skins during this short time, thus acquiring its rosé colour. Fermented and matured on the fine lees in stainless steel.
This Provençal rosé has a complex, intense nose, showing peach, apricot, red berries, citrus, floral notes and a hint of pepper. Exceptionally elegant and finely balanced on the palate, delivering an exceedingly fresh mouthful of juicy acidity with a slightly salty texture. Intense flavours on a long finish, with citrus zest, ripe berry fruit and floral hints.
This organically farmed family estate, run by Noémie Guez, comprises 20 hectares of vineyard. In their remarkable location at the foot of the Sainte-Victoire massif, the vines sit on a patchwork of limestone scree, red clay and blue sandstone. The fruit for this Provençal rosé comes exclusively from the best plots and from old vines aged over 40 years old.
