Manual harvest between the end of August and the start of September. Temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel vats, with no oak élevage compromising freshness. The wine undergoes cold stabilisation before bottling.
Straw-yellow colour. Orange blossom, lemon, Pompia fruit and ripe apple on the nose, underscored by a mineral note. Fresh on the palate, with juicy acidity, a medium body and a fruity, persistent finish.
Vign'Angena means 'other people's vineyard' – a nod to the fact that the fruit for this lovely Vermentino comes from vineyards that were only acquired by Capichera a few years ago.
