Fermentation at a controlled temperature of 18°C. Maturation on the fine lees for eight months in stainless steel and large oak casks.
Fresh, aromatic nose of yellow peach, lemon, grapefruit, sage and thyme. Full and very juicy and fresh on the palate, with saline minerality. Long finish of citrus and almond.
Sourced from the historic Russeghine vineyard situated above the town of Ranzo Borgo (230 metres above sea level). The vines, which are at least 25 years old, sit on a red clay soil rich in skeletal and ferrous minerals.
