Direct pressing of the fruit, with fermentation in stainless steel for 15 days at 16°C. The wine remains on the fine lees for five months before botteling.
Fresh nose of citrus, peach, ripe pear and fine spice. Very juicy and fresh on a dry palate. This is a vibrant, balanced, moreish Vermentino with a persistent, fruit-driven finish.
From an amphitheatre-like vineyard situated in the slightly hillier part of the Bolgheri appellation – a unique microclimate influenced by Mediterranean winds. The soils are mainly comprised of deep, sandy loam with maritime sediment.
