Manual harvest in mid-September. Fermentation at a controlled temperature of 16°C. Subsequent maturation in stainless steel for six months on the fine lees.
Fine, aromatic nose of citrus zest, yellow peach, ripe apricot and fresh Mediterranean herbs. Mineral, fresh and elegant on the palate, with a juicy mouthfeel and a persistent, fruit-driven finish.
Sourced from vineyards situated 210 to 260 metres above sea level in the municipalities of Ortovero and Ranzo, where the stony calcareous soils are rich in microfossils.
