Hand-picked and hand-selected grapes. Gentle pressing followed by wild-yeast fermentation in 1,000- and 3,000-litre oak casks. Maturation on the fine lees for 12 months, without any bâtonnage (lees stirring).
Delicate yellow-fruit nose. Compact and pure on entry, with wonderful tension. Long finish accompanied by beautiful salinity.
