Experienced winemaker and viticulturalist Achim von Oetinger uses stainless steel vats in his cellar to ensure a controlled, precise fermentation.
Delicate, clear nose of yellow fruit and citrus. Crystalline and very steely on the palate, with lovely purity and slightly exotic notes on the finish.
Siegelsberg in Erbach covers 8.65 hectares. Its soil consists of loess-loam, limestone and layers of clay. With their southerly and south-westerly aspect, the vines enjoy plenty of sunshine as well as shelter from the prevailing winds. Gradient of 10 to 30%.
