Selectively picked grapes. Full destemming followed by gentle crushing and direct pressing. Subsequent fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel.
The 2025 Turkey Flat rosé has a beautiful fresh nose of red apple, white peach, raspberry, and citrus blossom, rounded off with Turkish honey. Red berries, peach and citrus develop on the palate in seamless interplay with vibrant acidity, an elegant texture and a precise, long-lasting finish.
The fruit came from five different vineyards: Ebenezer to the north, Bethany to the south, Stonewell to the west, and two other locations to the east. These sites have a westerly aspect, with soils mainly comprised of limestone and clay.
