Fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats. Ten days on the skins followed by racking. Continued vinification involving several months in large oak vessels and at least three months in concrete tanks before subsequent bottling.
The nose shows an abundance of fresh red forest fruit, rose petal, and violet as well as subtle notes of herbal tea and a hint of forest floor. This fresh Nebbiolo is medium-bodied and finely structured on the palate, with velvety tannins and a persistent, fruit-driven finish.
