Fermentation in stainless steel tanks, with punch-downs of the grape skins twice a day. Subsequent maturation, including malolactic fermentation, in large oak vessels for four months.
Deep ruby with garnet reflections. Ripe red fruit, violet and spicy notes of white pepper and anise. Balanced and full on the palate, with a very long, lingering finish.
Calcium-clay with sandy veins terrain with a southerly, easterly and westerly aspect.
