Manual harvest of healthy grapes at peak ripeness. Traditional fermentation on the skins in oak and stainless steel vessels for a period of 14 weeks, followed by gentle pressing. Subsequent maturation in oak.
Ruby colour. Intense fruit on the nose, with ripe berries such as raspberry, blackberry and blackcurrant as well as cherry, plum, spice and appealing roasted aromas. The palate is full-bodied with fine tannins and juicy acidity. Concentrated but not overly concentrated, this wine retains a fresh berry-like character without straying into jamminess.
Black Print is a blend of fruit from two types of soils: limestone and gravelly sand.
