Harvest and pressing of Nebbiolo grapes. Maceration (skin contact) for around 28 days, with fermentation in steel tanks. Subsequent maturation for around 20 months in large oak vessels.
Aromas of dark cherry, plum, violet, spice and herbs on the nose. The palate is full-bodied with ripe tannins and good concentration. Intensity persists throughout, giving this 2022 Barbaresco red its long, grippy finish.
Clayey limestone with sandy veins.
