Temperature-controlled fermentation (28°C maximum) on the skins for 15 to 20 days, followed by traditional maturation for two years in French 30-hectolitre oak vessels. No filtering. Bottle ageing at optimum cellar conditions.
Intense on the nose, with cassis, dark cherries, elderberry and spices. Powerful, silky tannins and expressive red fruit flavours lend this Barolo considerable finesse and charm.
