Sauvignon Blanc

Sauvignon Blanc, also referred to as Blanc Fumé in the Loire Valley, is one of the world’s 20 most commonly grown grape varieties. In its single-varietal form, it tends to make fresh, crisp wines, often with striking aromas such as blackcurrant and gooseberry. Other descriptions frequently attributed to Sauvignon Blanc wines include nettle, grass, tropical fruit, green fruit, herbs, and mineral notes.
