Hand-picked and hand-selected grapes underwent an eight-hour cold maceration ('cold soak'). After being pressed gently and slowly, the juice was fermented in temperature-controlled stainless.
A refreshing Scheurebe with exotic pineapple and passion fruit characters as well as red apple, quince and lemon notes. The mild acidity on the palate marries well with the residual sweetness and offers great drinkability. Citrus characters on a medium finish.
Weingut Theo Minges grows vines on a range of different terroir – from loess loam and red sandstone, to various types of calcareous soil.
