Selective manual harvest of overripe grapes. Gentle pressing followed by fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel. Long maturation on the fine lees to lend extra suppleness, texture and complexity.

Very elegant and fine on the nose, with ripe notes of apricot, mango, honey and ginger. Concentrated and nuanced. Slightly spicy with electrifying acidity.

The weathered Devonian slate terroir of this steeply sloping vineyard offers ideal conditions for growing grapes thanks to its south-south-westerly aspect and gradients of up to 70 degrees.
