Hand-picked and hand-selected grapes. Gentle pressing followed by wild-yeast fermentation in 1,000- and 3,000-litre oak casks. Maturation on the fine lees for 12 months, without any bâtonnage (lees stirring).

Medium lemon. Fine spicy hints, citrus, and floral scents. Elegant and fresh, with fine fruit expression, delicate acidity, and lightness. A wine of glorious clarity.
