Hand-picked grapes. Gentle pressing followed by fermentation in stainless steel at a controlled temperature of around 15°C.

This Riesling has a fresh nose of red apple, pear and lemon, with hints of lime blossom and wet stone. The palate is dry, with vibrant acidity providing lift and refreshment. Medium finish with citrus and delicate mineral characters.

Sourced from south-south-east-facing terroir with stony weathered slate soils.
