Special characteristic

Hand-picked grapes transported swiftly back to the winery. Triage and gentle pressing. Fermentation in 1'200-litre oak vessels. All the estate's wines are vegan, i.e. no animal products were used in the vinification process.

Delicate nose of white fruit dovetailing with floral notes. This is a very stimulating Grosses Gewächs of notable substance and charming, playful elegance.

The Johannisberg Hölle vineyard is situated above Johannisberg. Its soils consist of Taunus quartzite. This site, one of the best and steepest in Johannisberg, allows the fruit to ripen perfectly.
