Special characteristic

Hand-picked and hand-selected grapes. Cold maceration ('cold soak') for six hours followed by gentle pressing, then fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel. Subsequent maturation for six months on the fine lees before bottling in the spring.

Pale lemon colour, with lime, grapefruit and green apple on the nose. The palate is well balanced and imbued with nice tension. An elegant, approachable Riesling.
