Gentle pressing of hand-picked grapes followed by slow fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel, with no malolactic fermentation.
This Müller-Thurgau has a very intense nose of exotic fruit, nutmeg and citrus. Its juicy acidity is well integrated, lending lots of freshness and urgency. Persistent on the finish with fine minerality.
Grown on loamy, silty, rocky, well-drained soils, from south-south-east-facing vines that have an average age of 20 years.
