Hand-picked and hand-selected grapes. Gentle pressing along with cultured-yeast fermentation (and partial malolactic fermentation) in temperature-controlled stainless steel. Further maturation in stainless steel before bottling and subsequent release.

Pale gold. A full-bodied, rounded white wine with fruity and spicy notes as well as a long, minerally finish.

Calcareous alluvial/slate soils.
