After being hand-picked, the grapes were gently pressed and then fermented and aged in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.
Very fresh on the nose, with lemon, elderflower, a dash of mint and a hint of nutmeg. Light on the palate, with fresh, crisp acidity and a pleasant, fruit-inflected finish.
The soils at the foot of the Fläscherberg and Falknis mountains, together with the mild climate of the Bündner Herrschaft region, offer ideal growing conditions for growing vines.
