Hand-picked and hand-selected grapes. After gentle pressing, 75% of the juice was fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel while the remaining 25% was fermented in new oak barrels. The wine then matured on its lees in large casks, where it underwent regular bâtonnage (lees stirring).

Pale gold. Balanced nose of yellow stone fruit, with subtle roasted notes and a slight mineral hint. Vibrant with excellent harmony on the palate. Creamy mouthfeel with acidity and cool minerality providing plenty of refreshment. Floral and fruit notes also combine with a pleasant bitter nuance, culminating in a long, intense finish.

Les Brusquières is a lieu-dit situated on the northern plateau of Châteauneuf-du-Pape. Its soils consist of the appellation's ubiquitous galets roulés (round river stones) over red clay.
