Selectively hand-picked grapes. Gentle pressing and subsequent vinification and maturation for nine months in French oak.
Pale yellow. Apple, lemon, and plum on the nose. Balanced and with a well-integrated acidity and fruity notes on the palate. Long and complex on the finish.
Sourced from vines sitting 1,250 metres above sea level on soils mainly composed of sand with minor elements of limestone and gravel.
