Selective manual harvest into small 30-kg containers. After malolactic fermentation, the wine spends eight to 10 months in tanks and tuns.
Gold colour, with a fresh nose of ripe pear, citrus, pineapple and honeycomb. Very fresh and juicy on the palate, with a medium body and a persistent, lemony, salty finish.
Vines aged between 25 and 30 years old, in an 18-hectare vineyard acquired by the estate in 2016. This is a relatively cooler east- and south-east-facing site located around 300 metres above sea level. The soils mainly consist of sandy marl as well as loam and limestone.
