Manual harvest followed by cool fermentation and subsequent maturation for 12 months in oak.
Straw-yellow colour, with apple, ripe pear, peach, herbs and notable minerality on the nose. Fresh on the palate, with juicy acidity providing the requisite backbone. The oak is perfectly integrated. Persistent fruit-driven finish with citrus and saline notes.
From a small vineyard sitting on rocky limestone 930 metres above sea level. The vines were planted at the beginning of the 2000s and have an average age of 20 years.
