Manual harvest. Wild-yeast fermentation followed by maturation in used oak and concrete vats.
Gold colour. Fascinating and unusual nose with aromas of preserved lemon, slightly nutty, oxidative notes, beeswax, honey, and quince. The palate has a pleasant sense of harmony, with a slightly oily mouthfeel, juicy acidity and a full body. Complex, persistent finish with nutty, saline hints. If you are already a fan of the Viña Gravonia and Viña Tondonia Rioja whites, you will love this wine too.
Sand and limestone soils.
