Both Cinsault and Mourvèdre were pressed directly and fermented in stainless steel tanks at temperatures between 18 °C and 21 °C. Once malolactic fermentation was complete, the wines rested in stainless steeltanks for three months before being cold stabilised and bottled in February.
The 2023 Musar Jeune Rosé is fresh and vibrant on the nose, with aromas of orange, peach and ripe strawberry along with a hint of rose water and thyme. Dry, lean and crisp on the palate, with a persistent fruit-driven finish.
Cinsault from vines over 35 years old and Mourvèdre from 11-year-old vines, both from the Bekaa Valley, grown on limestone soils in organically certified vineyards.
