Special characteristic

Organically grown grapes are hand-picked and then pressed for two to four hours in pneumatic presses, during which the juice comes into contact with the crushed skins and consequently acquires its rosé colour. The wine is fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats before being racked from most of its sediment. This rosé spends a few months on the fine lees before bottling.

Fine notes of white peach, lychee, red forest fruit, and citrus unfurl on the nose. Dry on the palate, with a delicate, silky body and balanced acidity. This rosé has a lovely sense of freshness and aromatic intensity, which lingers long on the finish. A hint of salinity rounds off the harmonious ensemble.

From grapes farmed organically at the foot of the Massif des Maures at an altitude of 220 to 350 metres. Meagre soils dating back to the Triassic period, consisting of clay and limestone marl, with a high proportion of gravel.
