Special characteristic

No pesticides or herbicides in the vineyard. Gentle vinification with only subtle use of oak. An average of 25% new oak for both reds and whites.

Pure nose of forest floor, red fruit, and tea leaves. Generous and well balanced on the palate, with beautiful freshness, lovely tension, and delicate spice.

The Bachelet brothers farm 20 hectares of vineyard in Puligny-Montrachet, Santenay, Saint-Aubin, Meursault, Maranges and Dezize-lès-Maranges. Their Pinot Noir vines have an average age of 50 years, their Chardonnay vines an average age of 40 years.
