Complete destemming of the grapes. Low-intervention winemaking, with nothing added. Maturation for 18 to 20 months in used oak.
Raspberry, forest fruit and currant fruit on the nose. The palate has a remarkably silky, delicate mouthfeel, with fine, perfectly integrated tannins. Vibrant acidity lends this Cabernet Franc its juicy character. Fine fruit and spice notes on a long finish.
A mix of sand and hard limestone containing silex (flint) in Montreuil-sur-Bellay. Half of this Chenin Blanc was sourced from 20-year-old vines, the other halft grom 70-year-old vines.
