Maturation for 18 months in oak followed by a further 12 months of ageing in bottle.
Deep ruby colour. Complex, aromatic nose of ripe dark fruit, vanilla, rosemary and thyme. Powerful on the palate, with excellent structure and soft tannins.
The fruit for this Selección Especial comes from 45-year-old vines growing at an altitude of around 855 metres in Burgos province.
