Special characteristic

Hand-picked and hand-selected grapes. Fermentation in cement tanks with subsequent maturation in neutral stainless steel vats.

Deep ruby, with ripe cherry and spicy notes on the nose. Creamy and supple on the palate, with balsamic notes, fine tannins and balanced acidity. Juicy and pure on the finish.

Sourced from an amphitheatre-like slope with exceptional loam and pebble soils. The low fertility of this terroir lends the grapes tremendous fruit character and complexity, which is tailor-made for this Cabernet Franc.
