No pesticides or herbicides in the vineyard. Gentle vinification with only subtle use of oak. An average of 25% new oak for both reds and whites.

This 2023 Bourgogne from the Côte d'Or has an intense nose showing citrus, orange peel, ripe fruit, a touch of chalk and a delicate creamy note. The palate is harmonious and well balanced, with fine acidity and a spicy, persistent finish carried by citrus notes, ginger and a hint of nutmeg.

The Bachelet brothers farm 20 hectares of vineyard in Puligny-Montrachet, Santenay, Saint-Aubin, Meursault, Maranges and Dezize-lès-Maranges. Their Pinot Noir vines have an average age of 55 years, their Chardonnay vines an average age of 45 years.
