A quarter of the juice saw new oak, with 12 months spent in pièces followed by a further six months in stainless steel.

Ripe citrus and vanilla, complemented by floral notes. Powerful on the palate, with beautiful depth and tremendous substance and tension. Juicy and elegant on a long finish.

The Bachelet brothers farm 20 hectares of vineyard in Puligny-Montrachet, Santenay, Saint-Aubin, Meursault, Maranges and Dezize-lès-Maranges. Their Pinot Noir vines have an average age of 50 years, their Chardonnay vines an average age of 40 years.
