Hand-picked and hand-selected grapes. Gentle pressing followed by vinification in temperature-controlled stainless steel; no malolactic fermentation.

Pale lemon. Elderberry, gooseberry and mango on the palate. In its youth, this Jeninser Sauvignon Blanc is fresh, vibrant and stimulating with fine fruit notes. It becomes creamier and richer with bottle age.
