No pesticides or herbicides in the vineyard. Gentle vinification with only subtle use of oak. An average of 25% new oak for both reds and whites. Since 2012, the property has also been using larger vessels in addition to traditional 228-litre pièces.

Notes of fruit, spice and white flowers. Full of tension on the palate. Precise and complex, with wonderful clarity and a minerally finish.

The Bachelet brothers farm 20 hectares of vineyard in Puligny-Montrachet, Santenay, Saint-Aubin, Meursault, Maranges and Dezize-lès-Maranges. Their Pinot Noir vines have an average age of 50 years, their Chardonnay vines an average age of 40 years.
