This zero-alcohol white wine was made from a sweet Riesling base wine that went through a state-of-the art vacuum distillation process to remove alcohol. Bottled without the addition of 'Sussreserve' (unfermented grape juice).

The Sekt under Dr. Loosen's new zero-alcohol Dr. Lo brand is a characteristic and sophisticated Mosel sparkler with a lovely, refined natural taste. Elegant and refreshing, with sweetness and acidity in balance.

The grapes come from various plots and grow on different types of slate.
