Special characteristic

Hand-picked and hand-selected grapes. Whole-cluster cold maceration (no destemming) followed by fermentation for around six weeks in old oak vessels underground in the cellar. Subsequent maturation in concrete tanks. No filtering or fining.

Deep ruby. Aromas of ripe and red berry stew on the nose. Full yet well structured on the palate. A very balanced, complex wine with wonderful fruit and concentration.

The vines mainly grow on the clay slopes of Saint Martin, which are interspersed with limestone, marly limestone, and gravel.
